Shipping Information

Shipping times may be longer due to COVID-19 or any other force majeure event. We are handing off packages to our shipping carriers as safely and quickly as possible. Most will arrive on time however some orders may be affected by nationwide shipping delays. Click here for more updates from UPS.

GROUND SHIPPING

Ground Shipping rates are determined by shipping destination. Delivery is guaranteed within 7-10 business days beginning the first business day after your order is placed. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. All orders from vanillasky.com are shipped from boutique locations located in NJ and NY. • Please note that orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii may require an additional 7 business days to ship.

NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING

Next Day Air Shipping rates are determined by shipping destination. The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply when the Next Day Shipping option is selected. Next Day Air Shipping is guaranteed within 2 business days beginning the day after your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 12:00pm EST. Please add one additional day for all orders placed after 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed Monday and should arrive by Wednesday. In some cases, delivery cannot be guaranteed, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.

Next Day Air Shipping is not available outside of the continental United States or to PO Boxes.
We do not offer Saturday, Sunday. or holiday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently Vanilla Sky does not offer shipping outside of the continental United States.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• Products containing alcohol (perfume, hair spray) are considered potentially hazardous and can only be shipped via UPS Ground to the continental US.

• Products containing Lithium-Ion batteries (regular & rechargeable) are considered potentially hazardous and can only be shipped via Ground delivery so cannot be shipped via Next Day Air or out of the continental US. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery.

• Vanilla Sky does not require a signature upon delivery. The shipper will leave your package at the safest location at your address unless otherwise specified. • The shipper reserves the right to require a signature for a package delivery.

HOLIDAYS

Vanilla Sky is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please add one business day to all shipping for orders placed during this time.

ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

If your tracking shows that your package has been received but you cannot locate it, please contact a member of our Customer Service team via email by clicking here so they we may investigate this for you. All lost order claims must be filed within 3 weeks of the shipping order date.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free Shipping offers only applicable on orders shipped within the Continental United States.
Free Shipping is not valid on certain oversized products.
