Returns and exchanges are accepted on full priced merchandise purchased at vanillasky.com
within 21 days of purchase date provided that the items have not been washed, worn, or used. Vanilla Sky tickets must be attached. Final Sale items
have the following verbiage on the product page “FINAL SALE - NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES”,
cannot be returned or exchanged. To make a return or exchange in store, you must have the Invoice and the credit card used to make the purchase. To make a return or exchange to the website please go to the ORDER STATUS
section at the bottom of vanillasky.com
& follow the instructions to initiate the RMA #. (please include this with your return). Please print out your UPS pre-paid return label and affix it to the outside of the return package. Returns can be dropped in any UPS drop location. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow 14 business days for your return to arrive at our location and be processed.
Please note that sale items, undergarments, bodysuits, swimsuits, and accessories are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Be sure to include the RMA you printed from the website with all returns. If you do not have this or the original invoice, please include your name, billing address and a phone number where you can be reached along with your order number, if possible.
Please allow 14 business days beginning the day after your return was mailed for the refund to be processed. Your return will be processed to the original form of payment. Purchases made with a Gift Card CANNOT be refunded to a credit card. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the transaction.
Ecommerce purchases marked as GIFT
on the invoice are only eligible for Exchange or Return in Vanilla Sky store locations for the current retail selling price. All in store Ecommerce GIFT
returns will be refunded to a Vanilla Sky Merchandise Card. You may also use the enclosed Return Label to mail items back for a full refund to the original form of payment.
Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defect only and within 21 days of purchase date. A refund will be issued based on the original method of tender with valid Vanilla Sky receipt. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect.
VISA/MC/AMEX GIFT CARD RETURNS
Please be certain to RETAIN the original gift card if you need to make a return. All refunds are made to the original form of payment.
Prices are subject to change. We will honor price adjustments within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must still be available in the exact size and color combination to qualify for adjustment. Please notify us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org

RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORES
If you are not delighted with your selection, return the item within 7 days of purchase for a refund or within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Items must be in its original condition, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt. All sale items, undergarments, bodysuits, swimsuits and accessories are Final Sale.
